Are there suppose to be this electricity flow in this motor?

ok let me detail this. So I got this motor. Its like a hobby toy motor. Its like 2 inches wide. Im running it REALLY fast and theres this little hole in the motor that i could look through. What I see is this kind of electricity flow or spark running through the inside of the motor. Is this normal? I never really noticed this.

What you see is the brushes sparking on the commutator. This is normal.
